Prior to Omaha Beach, Eric managed an alternative investment vehicle on behalf of several ultra-high net-worth families. From 2001 to 2009, Eric was a Principal at Khronos, a multi-family office investing in alternative strategies including hedge funds, private equity, and direct investments. Eric started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York.
Eric has B.B.A. from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He is on the Acquisition Committee at the Institute for Contemporary Art in Miami and Chairman of the Town of Golden Beach Employee’s Pension Plan where he resides with his wife and children.

Prior to Omaha Beach, brian was the Chief Investment Officer for the family office of Bill Browder of Hermitage Capital Management. From 2003 to 2009, Brian was Vice President at Khronos, and built a private equity, co-investment, and secondary program. From 2000 to 2002, Brian was an analyst at TAG Venture Partners.
Brian received a B.A. cum laude from Duke University and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA). He resides in New York and manages a private foundation.

Mr. Mladek joined Omaha Beach Capital in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Mladek was a Financial Operations Associate at Kempler And Co., Inc.an energy and commodities trading firm. Mr. Mladek earned a BBA in Economics and Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Miami in 2011. Mr. Mladek resides in Miami, Florida.
