Omaha Beach Capital Closes $6.6 Million Co-Investment in Bezos’ Prometheus Industries, Inc.
Miami, FL and New York, NY — Omaha Beach Capital (“OBC”) today reported the completion of a private co-investment transaction with indirect exposure to Prometheus Industries, Inc. (“Prometheus”). While OBC’s core strategy is centered on private equity secondaries, the firm occasionally identifies compelling opportunities outside that scope that merit bringing to its investor network.
Prometheus is a physical-AI company co-founded by Jeff Bezos and Dr. Vik Bajaj. Since emerging from stealth in late 2025, Prometheus has raised over $18 billion in total funding, employs approximately 150 people, and is based in San Francisco with additional offices in London and Zurich. Its most recent round, a $12 billion Series B, valued the company at approximately $41 billion, with participation from Mr. Bezos alongside institutional backers including JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock. Prometheus is developing AI systems intended to automate aspects of the design and manufacturing of complex physical products, including jet engines and drug compounds.
